This is Phlagg (pronounced like "FLAG") and she is a fm Green Western Hognose.:) I picked her up at the Herptile show on 4-25. I was originally gonna get one of Checkers brothers but this other vendor had 5 of the green morphs and they were only $10 more then what I paid for Checkers...couldn't pass that up! :) So Checkers now had a future girlfriend.:clap:

She is getting ready to shed any day now so this shot really doesn't do her justice...the dullness of the pre-shed doesn't show off her true colors. Once she sheds I will post pictures of her post shed.:)

and I had no idea that they were a little cannabalistic! lol, i'll remember that if I ever decide to get some lol.

Oh she really is cool looking.:) I gotta see if I can get a shot or two with her and Checkers. Gotta watch them tho b/c she is bigger them and and I don't want to end up with only one really fat snake!

Thank you.:) I figured since I have a Checkers I needed a Phlagg.... a play on checkered flag from racing.:) But I wanted more to her name then just the normal spelling for "flag" so I changed it around a bit.:) I think it fits her.:) The name has personality just like she does.:)

They can be a little dry at first but once they take off they are very good.:) One of the books Flagg can be found in is "Eye of the Dragon". Some of the others he is in he isn't always referred to as Flagg but it is the same person. He is kind of like this wizrd guy that tries to influence others to his liking. Also in "Storm of the Century" which was made into a move.

Carrie is good.:) Kind of sad how she is treated in the beginning but I love it how she gets back at everyone in the end.:)
