Burton, my adult male Yellow-Bellied Slider. He is a rescue that I got from someone about 4 yrs ago. They said he was "too much work" but then went out and got a puppy! :/ Hence why it has the title of "Unwanted". That drives me a little crazy that some people can throw away one pet just so they can get another! 
And they had him for 8 yrs, since he was a baby...to me that is so selfish and heartless. Especially with him being such a laid back and sweet guy. Well at least he has a good PERMANENT home with me!

He is soooooo cute! I have a Yellow Belly too. She's sitting next to me watching me scroll through pictures right now. I can't imagine why anyone would want to give up a turtle. They are so chilled and sweet. And my little Cleo has more personality than any other animal I've met.
